'No One' Game Of Thrones Theory That Is Making Arya Fans Go Crazy

A surprising resolution to one of the biggest storylines of the past couple of years was featured in this past Sunday's Game Of Thrones. When you reach the end of the episode, you would probably have to rewind and watch it a few times. You would end up getting a feeling that something is off.
Well, here come some spoilers, so beware.

We are referring to Arya, the younger daughter of House Stark. She has spent past couple of years in the free city of Braavos studying to be an assassin in the House of Balck and White with the Faceless Men, a death cult. Arya has been pushed by the assassin formerly known as Jaqen H'ghar, her mentor to prove that she become "no one" in the service of the Many-Faced God, by giving up her identity.
She refuses to kill one of her assigned target, an actor known as Lady Crane. It's clear that Arya will always be Arya Stark, she can't even hide her emotions while watching a play about her family's downfall. Not killing Lady Crane was her second and final strike. Jaqen orders Waif to kill her after he finds out about it. So, while Arya is busy sightseeing and booking passage to Westeros, the Waif, donning an old woman's face guts her repeatedly. A wounded Arya after emerging from water finds her way to a very generous lady Crane whose soup and milk of the poppy reimburses some of her strength back. The Waif, after killing Lady Crane in a rather gruesome manner, chases Arya through numerous alleys and streets of Braavos. Arya, though wounded manages to lead the Waif to her hiding spot where she wields her beloved sword 'Needle' once again striking her first blow to the poor candle's flame. Next, we see Jaqen following a trail of blood in the Hall of Faces to find Arya admiring her handiwork (Waif's face hung on the wall).
A crazy fan theory has been doing rounds on the internet according to which the Waif has killed Arya and is wearing her face.

1. Why the sudden over confidence?

Arya recovers her sword after she has disobeyed Jaquen's order to kill Lady Crane and hides in a dark alley but soon after that she is seen sightseeing in Braavos.

Sightseeing In Braavos seems to be rather expensive.

Waif finds her and stabs her multiple times but Arya manages to escape.

3. The wonder soup.

Arya seems to recover rather swiftly after only a bowl of soup and some milk of the poppy.

4. She didn't get that good at fighting while she was blind.

Arya appears to show amazing physical strength even after she is so severely wounded and manages to outrun Waif.

5. Arya tries to use her blind training to defeat Waif.

6. Clash of identities.

Arya seems to be rather in good physical shape while talking to Jaqen. When did she get time to recover?

7. Arya is homebound.

Why is Jaqen H'ghar suddenly okay with Arya going back to Westeros?
